Abode Doorway to Life provides services to to adults with Physical and
or Sensory Disabilities.
Abode currently has a vacancy for a Care Assistant to support
residents in the HIQA registered Designated Centre.
The successful candidates will receive training and development in
line with the role. Candidates must be flexible and available to work
overnights and weekends.

Blackrock, Cork
CONTRACT: Permanent
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
* QQI level 5 qualification in Health Care Studies Work or equivalent
standard
* Knowledge of the HIQA national standards for residential services
* Experience working in a similar role and environment
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* A full clean driving licence would be an advantage
Abode is a residential service overnight shifts mandatary.
HSE Consolidated Pay Scales are applicable.
